PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
- Please allow 7 -14 business days for processing of your items. All t- shirt orders are printed after you order.
- Domestic shipping times are 5-7 business days via USPS. Orders will ship from Fort Worth, Tx unless it is specified as a vendor ship in the product description.
*During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10-15 business days to ship.
- International shipping times are 7-14 business days via First Class International.
- Orders placed after 3 pm Friday CST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped.

Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. Tracking information will begin delivering upon dispatch of your order. You will receive your tracking number via the email you place your order through. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you’re unable to find your dispatch email. Far From Broken is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the US Postal Service.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered or an incorrectly entered address. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier or credit card.
DELIVERY FAILED
If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded.
Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
