Due to the nature of items being hand crafted after each order, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

We pride ourselves in providing quality merchandise and customer service. If there is a quality issue with your order, send us an email at immediately with the following information:

*Photo evidence

There is no need to return defective or damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team. 

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
